Suriname Container Safety N.V. is certified to inspect and approve CCU containers for use in the oil and gas sector. Our inspectors are qualified to assess CCU units against the applicable international standards, ensuring they are safe for lifting, transport, and offshore use.
What is a CCU Inspection?
A CCU inspection covers a thorough visual examination and — where required — non-destructive testing (NDT) of the container's structural components. This includes lifting points, welds, corner fittings, and all load-bearing elements.

- Structural integrity and condition of the unit

Inspection Frequency
CCU containers used offshore require annual visual inspections. Additional load tests and NDT examinations are required after repairs or modifications. Our team will advise you on the correct schedule for your units.
